摘要 测试棉竹炭改性Coolmax纤维混纺织物的性能。以棉/竹炭改性Coolmax纤维50/50 18.5tex双股线为经纱;纬纱为按一定比例排列的两种纱,即棉/竹炭改性Coolmax纤维50/50 18.5tex赛络集聚纱和JC18.5tex环锭纱。介绍了5种织物设计规格和试织要点;重点测试了各织物的顶破性能、透气性和防紫外线性能。结果表明:各织物均具有良好的服用性能和防紫外线功能。认为:本次试验中,当竹炭改性Coolmax纤维含量为46.51%时,面料的透气性最好,可作为衬衫面料设计的最佳方案。 Property of cotton bamboo charcoal modified Coolmax tiber blended tabrlc was tested. Cotton/ bamboo charcoal modified Coolmax fiber 50/50 18.5 rex ply was used as warp, weft was adopted two kinds of yarn which is cotton/bamboo charcoal modified Coolmax fiber 50/50 18. 5 tex siro condensed yarn and JC 18.5 tex ring yarn and arranged by a cerlain proportion. Design specification and test weaving points of five kinds of fabric were introduced. Bursting property,air permeability and ultraviolet resistant property of every fab- ric were tested. The results show that every fabric has better wearability and ultraviolet resistant property. It is considered that when the content of bamboo charcoal modit'ied Coolmax fiber is 46.51% ,air permeability of fabric is the best,the fabric can be used as shirt fabric.
