消栓肠溶胶囊治疗高血压性脑出血并发头痛的临床疗效

Clinical effect of xiaoshuan changrong capsules in treating headache caused by hypertensive intracranial hemorrhage

目的探讨消栓肠溶胶囊治疗高血压性脑出血并发头痛的临床疗效。方法选取宜宾市第一人民医院2015年收治的高血压性脑出血并发头痛患者190例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=100)和治疗组(n=90)。对照组患者给予非洛地平缓释片治疗,治疗组患者在对照组基础上给予消栓肠溶胶囊治疗,两组患者均持续治疗14 d。比较两组患者治疗前后头痛症状评分、临床疗效及治疗前后收缩压、舒张压,观察患者不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者头痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者头痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者头痛治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者收缩压、舒张压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者收缩压、舒张压水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用消栓肠溶胶囊治疗高血压性脑出血并发头痛的临床疗效明显,可有效缓解患者的头痛症状,且安全可靠。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of xiaoshuan changrong capsules in treating headache caused by hypertensive intracranial hemorrhage. Methods A total of 190 cases of patients with headache caused by hypertensive intracranial hemorrhage were selected from 2015 year in the First People’s Hospital of Yibin,which were divided into control group（ n= 100） and treatment group（ n = 90） according to random number table. Control group was given felodipine sustained release tablets,treatment group was treated with xiaoshuan changrong capsules based on control group,both groups were treated for 14 days. The headache scores before and after treatment,clinical effect,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results Before treatment,no significant difference of headache scores was found between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）; after treatment,the headache scores of treatment group were lower than control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Before treatment,no significant differences of systolic blood pressure or diastolic blood pressure was found between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）; after treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of treatment group were lower than control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. No significant difference of the incidence rate of adverse reactions was found between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Xiaoshuan changrong capsules has a better clinical effect in treating headache caused by hypertensive intracranial hemorrhage,it can effectively relief headache degree of patients,and with good safety.
