顺铂联合鸦胆子油乳治疗肺癌致恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效

Clinical effect of cisplatin combined with brucea javanica oil emulsion in treating malignant pleural effussion caused by lung cancer

目的探讨顺铂联合鸦胆子油乳治疗肺癌致恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法选取望江县中医院肿瘤科2013年1月—2017年1月收治的肺癌致恶性胸腔积液患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。两组患者均予以中心静脉管闭式引流尽胸腔积液后,观察组予以顺铂+鸦胆子油乳+0.9%氯化钠注射液胸腔内注入,对照组予以顺铂+0.9%氯化钠注射液胸腔内注入治疗。比较两组患者近期疗效、生活质量改善情况及毒副作用发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为77.5%,高于对照组的45.0%;生活质量改善率为82.5%,高于对照组的52.5%(P<0.05)。两组患者毒副作用发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论顺铂联合鸦胆子油乳胸腔注入治疗肺癌致恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效确切,可有效减轻患者不适症状,改善生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of cisplatin combined with brucea javanica oil emulsion in treating malignant pleural effussion caused by lung cancer. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with malignant pleural effussion caused by lung cancer were selected from January 2013 to January 2017 in Wangjiang Traditional Chinese Hospital,which were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. Both groups were given closed drainage of central venous catheter in pleural effusion,observation group was treated with cisplatin ＋ brucea javanica oil emulsion ＋ 0. 9%sodium chloride injection by intrathoracic injection,while control group was treated with cisplatinum ＋ 0. 9% sodium chloride injection by intrathoracic injection. The clinical efficacy,quality of life and toxic and side effects were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group of effective rate was 77. 5%,improvement rate was 82. 5%,which were higher than control group（ 45. 0%,52. 5%）（ P 〈 0. 05）. No siginificant difference of toxic and side effects rate was found between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Cisplatin combined with brucea javanica oil emulsion have an exactly clinical effect in treating malignant pleural effussion caused by lung cancer,it could effectively alleviate the symptoms of the patients,and greatly improve the quality of life.
