聚桂醇注射联合外剥内扎术治疗混合痔的临床效果

Clinical effect of lauromacrogol injection combined with Milligan-Morgan in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids

目的探讨聚桂醇注射术联合外剥内扎术治疗混合痔的临床效果。方法选取南通市中医院肛肠科2014年3月—2016年12月收治的混合痔患者68例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各34例。对照组患者采取单纯外剥内扎术治疗,治疗组患者采用聚桂醇注射术+外剥内扎术治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、术后并发症发生情况及创面愈合情况。结果两组患者治疗效果相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者切口感染发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组患者创缘水肿、肛门溢出、感觉性大便失禁发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者创面愈合情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用聚桂醇注射术联合外剥内扎术治疗混合痔的效果确切,可有效促进创面愈合,减少术后并发症。

Objective To study clinical effect of lauromacrogol injection combined with Milligan-Morgan in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods A total of 68 cases of mixed hemorrhoids patients were selected from March 2014 to December 2016 in the Department of Proctology of Nantong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which were randomly divided into control group（ n = 34） and treatment group（ n = 34）. The control group was just adopted Milligan-Morgan,treatment group was treated with lauromacrogol injection combined with Milligan-Morgan. The clinical effect,complications and wound healing were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference of clinical effect between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）. No significant difference of the incidence rate of incision infection was found between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）; the incidence rate of edema,anal overflow and sensory fecal incontinence of treatment group were lower than control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The treatment group of wound healing was better than control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Lauromacrogol injection combined with Milligan-Morgan have an exactly clinical effect in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,it can effectively promote the wound healing,and reduce the postoperative complications.
