中医辨证疗法治疗脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良的临床疗效

Clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation on spleen and stomach type of functional dyspepsia

目的探讨中医辨证疗法治疗脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法选取射阳县通洋中心卫生院2014年3月—2016年11月收治的功能性消化不良患者68例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组患者采用多潘立酮片治疗,观察组患者采用中医辨证疗法治疗,两组患者均持续1个月。比较两组患者治疗前后症状积分及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用中医辨证疗法治疗脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良的临床疗效确切,可有效缓解患者早饱、上腹胀痛等临床症状。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM syndrome differentiation on spleen and stomach type of functional dyspepsia. Methods A total of 68 cases of patients with spleen and stomach type of functional dyspepsia were selected from March 2014 to November 2016 in Sheyang County Tong Yang Central Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,34 cases in each group. Control group was given motilium tablet,observation group was given TCM syndrome differentiation,both groups were treated for 1 month. The symptoms scores before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference of symptoms scores between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）; after treatment,the symptoms scores of observation group was significantly lower than control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation has an exactly clinical effect treated on spleen and stomach type of functional dyspepsia,it can effectively relieve symptoms such as early satiety and epigastric pain.
