摘要
自微乳释药系统作为一种新型给药系统,可以显著提高难溶性药物生物利用度,本文依据查阅近几年来的相关文献,综述了自微乳的特点、提高生物利用度的机制及在中药应用中的实例,介绍了作为一些药理作用明确的中药活性成分载体的应用研究进展,包括黄芩素、喜树碱、丹参酮ⅡA、水飞蓟素、葛根素、槲皮素等成分,以期将难溶性中药制备成自微乳提供参考。
Self-microemulsifying drug delivery system is a new delivery system, which can significantly enhance the bioavailability of poorly soluble drugs. This paper reviews the characteristics, mechanisms and application in the filed of Chinese medicine of self microemulsion by reviewing the literature in recent years, introduces the research progress of application of active ingredients which pharmacological effects of these medicinal plants are clear and significant, including baicalin, camptothecin, tanshinone II A, silymarin, puerarin, quercetin and so on, in order to provide reference for preparation of insoluble Chinese medicine to self microemulsion.
