摘要
本科生导师制以其对人才培养的卓著性而为世界高校所推崇。尽管本科生导师制在我国已有近20年的发展历程,但各高校之间差异甚大。以安徽农业大学556份调查问卷为依据,通过多元有序logistic回归分析发现,大多数学生并没有切实地感受到导师制的存在;目前导师的作用与学生的期待有很大的差距,但学生仍然希望能够有导师进行专门指导;导师制实施效果取决于学生对不同类型导师的认可程度,以辅导员为主体的管理型的导师和以任课教师为主体的教学型的导师值得推广。
The undergraduate tutorial system is highly regarded by the world's universities for its excellence in personnel training. Although the undergraduate tutorial system has developed for nearly twenty years in China,the difference between universities is tremendous. In this paper,according to the 556 questionnaires of Anhui Agricultural University and the method of multivariate ordinal logistic regression,we found that most of the students did not feel the existence of this system. There is a huge gap between the teachers' roles and the students' expectations in the present. However,students still intend to have mentors for special guidance. The effect of the tutorial system depends on the students' recognition degree of different types of tutors. The management tutor as the main body of counselors and the teaching tutor as main body of teachers should be popularized.
