常规生产的QT450-10球墨铸铁件,产品力学性能及金相组织检验结果不能满足国外客户技术要求。根据客户材料标准中成分要求,结合本公司熔炼工艺及原材料特点,成功试制出了硅固溶强化铁素体球墨铸铁件,力学性能及金相组织达到客户要求。铸件已批量生产,取得良好的经济效益。

Ductile iron castings were produced from QT450-10, and the mechanical properties and metallographic examination results of the products can not meet the technical requirements of foreign customers. According to the components requirements in the material standards of customer, combined with the melting process and the characteristics of raw materials of our company, silicon solution strengthening of ferrite ductile iron castings were successfully developed, and mechanical properties and metallographic examination meet customer requirements. Castings have been produced in batches, and good economic results have been obtained.
