铸球自动化分离分选设备

摘要 人工方式对铸球进行分离、清砂、分选等作业,存在效率低、劳动强度大、工作环境污染大等问题。而机械化设备在铸球生产中的应用可大大改善人工分离、分选、清理作业方式中存在的以上问题。实际生产表明:工人劳动强度减轻,生产效率提高4~6倍;车间环境改善,工作地点粉尘浓度由原来300~800 mg/m^3降低到50 mg/m^3以下,噪音由原来120~150 d B降低到80 d B以下。 There are many problems such as low efficiency, large labor intensity and great pollution in the work environment due to the separation, sand cleaning and sorting of the casting ball by manual mode. The application of mechanical equipment to the production of casting ball can greatly improve the problems existing in manual separation, sorting and cleaning. The actual production shows that the labor intensity of workers was reduced, the production efficiency was improved by 4-6 times; the workshop environment was improved, namely workplace dust concentration was reduced from 300-800 mg/m^3 to less than 50 mg/m3 from the original, noise was reduced to below 80 dB from the original 120-150 dB.
