砂型铸造企业串并联式质量追责追踪模型研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 砂型铸造企业往往缺失或弱化产品缺陷追责、批次追踪等环节,铸件缺陷追责追踪与批次处置环节中常常忽略多重缺陷原因组合分析与处置,从而导致质量追溯困难。针对上述问题,笔者提出了串并联式质量追责追踪模型,该模型将缺陷产品诊断、追责、批次追踪及处置等关键节点进行串联,构成完整的质量追溯链;并从生产、工艺和原材料三个方面对缺陷产品进行并联追责追踪分析,对在制、入库和发货不同状态产品进行并联处置。结合铸造企业管理系统———华铸ERP,将该模型应用于一家典型的中小型砂型铸造企业,解决了企业管理中缺陷铸件批次追踪与处置困难的追溯难题,并强化了铸件缺陷的原因追责,为铸造企业加强质量追溯管理提供了参考。 Quality is difficult to trace in sand casting enterprises currently because ofthe missing or weakness of responsibility claim and batch tracking, as well as the neglect of multi-dimensional analysis in the process of tracking and disposal. To resolve this issue, a series-parallel quality control model is proposed. As a complete quality tracking chain, a series circuit is formed between product defect diagnose, responsibility claim, batch tracking and batch disposal. Responsibility claim and batch tracking are analyzed in parallel from the production, process and materials aspects, while batch is disposed in parallel according to different states such as in production, in storage and delivered also. Combining with the HZERP System, a IVIES for casting enterprises, the model was applied to a typical sanding casting enterprise. As a result, the model solves the problems such as the difficulty of batch tracking and disposal, the weakness of responsibility claim of defects. This provides a reference for casting enterprises to strengthen quality tacking management.
