摘要
介绍了WZYT型卧式振动离心机振动体的结构,并基于卧式振动离心机双质体动力学系统,建立了WZYT型卧式振动离心机振动体部分的实体模型。通过有限元动力分析的方法,对卧式振动离心机振动体部分的固有特性和动力响应进行了分析,得出卧式振动离心机振动特性和理想工况频率范围,为卧式振动离心机优化设计提供了参考。
Following an introduction to the structural components of the vibrating body of the horizontal vibrating centrifuge, the paper elaborates on the entity model of the vibrating body of the centrifuge devel- oped based on dynamic analysis of the centrifuge~ double mass vibrating system. Through analysis of the inherent characteristics and dynamic response of the vibrating system of the centrifuge using finite element method, the vibration characteristics and the frequency range of the centrifuge are defined. This may serve as a reference for the optimum design of horizontal vibrating centrifuge.
