摘要
针对济宁二号煤矿选煤厂煤泥量较大,精煤磁尾灰分偏高的问题,通过对精煤磁尾煤泥性质分析及实验室分选试验研究,探讨了济宁二号煤矿选煤厂粗煤泥分选可行性。研究结果表明,采用三锥角水介旋流器对精煤磁尾进行分选,可以将精煤磁尾(粗煤泥)灰分由15%左右降到9.5%以下,综合精煤产率可提高1.525个百分点,经济效益显著。
In order to tackle the problems relating to the presence of a large quantity of coal slime and the higher ash of the clean coal magnetic railings, an investigation is conducted into the feasibility of making separation of the coarse slime through laboratory separation experiment and analysis. Study result shows that separation of the clean coal slime using 3-cone water-only hydrocyclone can lead to a reduction of the ash of the coarse slime from 15 percent to below 9.5 percent and an increase of composite clean coal yield by 1. 525 percent, and yield a remarkably favorable economic benefit.
