摘要
针对压滤机搅拌桶内精煤矿浆液位不稳的问题,任楼煤矿选煤厂对压滤机搅拌桶内电控液位预警系统进行了设计与应用,达到了高效、直观地将搅拌桶内的精矿液位反馈给岗位司机的效果,从而提高了工作效率,降低了工作强度,避免了浮选矿浆溢流以及无料对压滤机给料泵的损害。
In order to tackle the problem relating to the instability of the flotation concentrate pulp level in the agitating tank of filter press, an electric pulp level early warning instrument is specifically devel- oped. As evidenced by field application of the instrument at Renlou plant, the feedback information of pulp level can be made available to the operator of filter press in an efficient and visual manner. This may help raise working efficiency with reduced labor intensity, avoid overflow of flotation concentrate and pro- tect the feed pump of filter press against damage caused by running in no-load state.
