洗煤厂终端智能控制箱的研究与应用 被引量:3

摘要 针对洗煤厂传统控制箱线路敷设成本高、机械按钮存在操作磨损、控制线路转接点多且故障率高、控制箱面板元件显示功能单一及箱体安装占用空间过大等问题,设计制作了终端智能控制箱,使现场操作人员可通过平板电脑实现与PLC、传感器及智能设备之间的数据交互,从而替代了传统控制箱与电气设备硬接线连接的控制模式。终端智能控制箱可完成生产系统运行过程中数据在生产岗点的集中显示,可满足复杂多样的生产控制要求,便于实现全厂信息化的实时共享。 The use of conventional control box in coal preparation plant usually involves a series of prob- lems, such as high wiring cost, easy wearing out of mechanical buttons, high fault rate of a large number of switch-over points, simplistic function of display elements on front panel and the large space required for installation of the box. To overcome these problems, a terminal intelligent control box is specifically designed and developed. The use of the control box makes it possible for the operators on site to realize exchange of data with PLC, sensing elements and intelligent devices via tablet computer. Thus, the out- dated control mode of hard-wired interconnection between control box and electrical equipment can be finally replaced, and, instead, all the data collected during operation of the plants can be centrally dis- played at each work post, enabling the control box to perform multifarious control functions and realize real-time sharing of overall plant information.
