In northern China, the heating fee charged by residents in the residential area leads to poor energy saving awareness and waste of resources. The use of heat meter as the basis and means of heating pricing and charging can greatly improve energy saving effect. In this paper, the uncertainty of measurement is evaluated according to the verification of heat meters, which provides the basis for the verification of thermal meters in the future.
