内贸流通领域贯彻新时代发展理念的实践与建议

Practice and Suggestion of Implementing New Development Concept in Domestic Circulation Industry

"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"五大发展理念,是引领中国新时代经济发展的根本支撑和前行动力。内贸流通作为连接生产和消费的中间环节,对引导生产、促进消费具有双向调节作用,因此研究内贸流通贯彻五大发展理念具有重要意义。本文在阐述内贸流通落实新理念的意义和内涵基础上,分别论述了内贸流通与五大理念的关系,并对内贸流通实施新理念的现状进行分析,指出存在的不足,进而提出落实新理念的政策建议。

The five concepts of ＂innovation, coordination, green, opening and sharing＂proposed by the party in the fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee are the fundamental support and driving force for China＇s economic development. As an intermediate link between production and consumption, the circulation of domestic trade plays a two-way regulating role in guiding production and promoting consumption. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the implementation of the five major development concepts in domestic trade circulation. In this paper, the implementation of the new concept of the domestic circulation of the meaning and connotation on the basis of the relationship between the domestic circulation and the five concepts were discussed, and the implementation of the new concept of the status of domestic circulation are analyzed, pointing out the existing problems, and puts forward the idea of implementing the new policy recommendations.
