摘要 新零售作为一个新兴的概念,出现不到一年的时间里就引起各界的高度关注,发展迅速,所以,如何理解新零售、新零售的本质是什么显得至关重要。本文从零售与互联网的本质出发,结合目前市场中四种主要的新零售模式,阐明了新零售本质:满足顾客需求。不管是销售方式的改变,还是销售平台的变化,只要存在分工,则最基本的零售内涵不变,把握机遇,积极创新,坚持本质,新零售才能继续稳步发展。 As a new concept, New Retail, has become a hot topic and been paid high attention in the past year. How to understand the essence of the new retail is crucial in the discus. This paper illustrates the nature of the new retail, that is to meet customer needs from the view of the nature of retail and the nature of the Internet, on the research of four new retail models in the current market. The opinion of this paper is: the basic content of retail will not change with the changes if sale methods, or sales platform, as long as the division of labor existed. The new retail can develop steadily only as grasp the opportunity and innovate actively by insist on the nature of retail.
