摘要
随着移动通讯设备和智能手机的普及,移动支付作为一种新型支付方式,得到越来越广泛的应用。本文以大学生为研究对象,基于感知风险模型和调查问卷的统计数据,实证分析了感知风险五个纬度对大学生移动支付使用意愿的影响。并在最后根据前文研究结果对移动支付的发展提出了建议。
With the popularity of mobile communication devices and smart phones, mobile payment as a new payment method, has been more and more widely used. Based on the data of the questionnaire and perceived risk model, this paper analyzes the impact of five dimensions on the willingness to use mobile payment. Finally, the development suggestions of mobile payment is put forward according to the study.
