开展大熊猫国际合作研究项目基本技术要求的探讨

Basic Technical Requirements for Conducting International Collaborative Research Projects on Giant Panda

大熊猫是中国特有物种,国家Ⅰ级保护野生动物,被誉为中国"国宝",是野生动植物保护领域的旗舰物种,深受世界人民喜爱。开展大熊猫国际合作研究是一项长期的保护研究项目,对国外合作单位有着综合技术与能力要求,本文根据多年来顺利实施大熊猫合作研究项目经验,通过9个方面对技术要求进行了分析和说明,得出结论:保证合作单位高效运营和管理,优化饲养环境和条件,保障动物健康和福利,加强科研攻关与合作,丰富科普教育与宣传,紧密沟通与协作是开展大熊猫国际合作研究项目的前提基础和必备的技术要求。

Giant panda（ Ailuropoda melanoleuca） is a unique species in China. It is listed as a first-class national protected species of China and is listed in CITES appendix Ⅰ. Giant panda is praised as s ＂National Treasure ＂ of China, a flagship species of wildlife conservation, and is loved by people of the world. To conduct international cooperation in the conservation of giant panda is a long-term conservation research approach with technical and capability requirements for any collaborating overseas institutions. Based on the successful implementation of the giant panda collaborative research projects over the years,we analyze and explain the technical requirements in nine aspects. We conclude that international collaborators on research of giant panda must ensure efficient operation and management in collaborative institutions,optimize the rearing environment and conditions,ensure animal health and welfare,strengthen scientific research and cooperation,have diversified approaches in popular science education, and strengthen communication and collaboration between institutions.
