摘要
为研究稻草砖填充墙的热工性能,基于稳态传热性质的测定防护热箱法,采用CD-WTF1515稳态热传递性质测定系统对内蒙古地区工程实践中的500 mm厚稻草砖墙体和390 mm厚混凝土空心砌块墙体进行室内模拟试验,并根据《农村居住建筑节能设计标准》对2种构造体的热工性能进行比对。结果表明:稻草砖填充墙体的热工性能优于混凝土空心砌块墙体;同时对内蒙古自治区阿鲁科尔沁旗国家节能示范项目的稻草砖房运用记忆式温湿度计进行热环境测试,结果证明:稻草砖房具有良好的热稳定性和室内热环境质量;为北方地区新农村住宅绿色墙体材料的应用发展提供实际参考。
In order to study thermal performance of straw-filled wall, hot-box method is established based on the steady-state heat transfer property. The CD-WTF1515 steady-state heat transfer property is used to measure the 500 mm-thick straw-filled bricks and 390 ram-thick concrete hollow block wall for indoor simulation test, and the two structures are compared for their thermal performance according to the "Rural Residential Building Energy Efficiency Design Standards". The comparison results show that the thermal performance of the straw-filled wall is better than that of the concrete hollow block. Besides, thermal environment test of the straw-filled brick house of the national energy saving demonstration project in the Arukeqinqi Autonomous Region in Inner Mongolia is carried out and it is concluded that straw-fiUed brick house has good thermal stability and indoor thermal environment quality. The paper provides practical reference for application and development of new rural residential green wall in northern China.
