The feasibility and effect of group primary psycho-diagnosis in general hospital

目的探讨综合医院心身科以团体方式开展首次心理诊断的可行性及效果。方法收集2015年12月至2016年11月住院患者中接受首次心理诊断及心理治疗的数据记录,并对其进行描述性统计分析。结果团体首诊治疗例数、首诊率、首诊后接受心理治疗平均人次均高于个体首诊;团体首诊耗时较个体首诊低(P<0.05)。结论团体首诊在临床中具有可操作性和显著效果。

Objective To explore the feasibility and effect of group primary psycho-diagnosis in general hospital. Methods Data of primary psycho-diagnosis and psychotherapy, which were carried out during the period from December 2015 to November 2016, were collected and analyzed. Results Compared to individual primary psycho-diagnosis ,the treatment times,rate of primary psycho-diagnosis, and average number of accepting psychotherapy after group primary psycho-diagnosis were increased. Furthermore, the duration of group primary psycho-diagnosis is shorter than that of individual primary psycho-diagnosis. Conclusion It is feasible to adopt the group primary psycho-diagnosis in clinic.
