血必净联合局部微波治疗对肺炎血清中白介素-6及肿瘤坏死因子-α表达水平的影响

Effects of Xuebijing combined with local microwave therapy on serum IL-6 and TNF-α expression in patients with pneumonia

目的探究血必净联合局部微波治疗对肺炎血清中IL-6及TNF-α表达水平的影响。方法 90例病毒性肺炎患儿按数字随机表法分为对照组和观察组各45例,对照组使用常规治疗,观察组在此基础上联合使用血必净及局部微波治疗,比较两组患儿临床症状消失时间、血清中IL-6以及TNF-α水平、临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患儿发热、咳嗽、咳痰、湿啰音消失时间均短于对照组,治疗后IL-6、TNF-α水平低于对照组,临床有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血必净联合局部微波治疗可有效改善患儿的临床症状,控制血清中IL-6及TNF-α在血清中的水平,减少不良反应发生率,提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xuebijing combined with local microwave therapy on serum IL.-6 and TNF-α expression in patients with pneumonia. Methods A total of 90 sick children with viral pneumonia were randomly divided into control and observation group,45 in each group. The control group was treated with routine therapy. The observation group was treated with Xuebijing combined with local microwave therapy in addition to routine tfierapy. The clinical symptoms disappearance, serum IL-6 and TNF-α level,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The times of disappearance of cough, sputum and wet rale in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group （ P 〈0. 05 ）. After treatment, the serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. In the observation group, the clinical efficient was higher and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower when compared to the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Xuebijing combined with local microwave therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children, control the serum IL-6 and TNF-α levels and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, thus,improve the therapeutic effect.
