四川省某民用航空公司职员血脂异常的流行现状及其危险因素分析

The epidemiological status and risk factors analysis of dyslipidemia among staffs in a Sichuan airline company

目的了解四川省某民用航空公司职员血脂异常的流行现状,分析该职业人群血脂相关的危险因素。方法通过问卷调查和健康体检,收集该民用航空公司职员的生活方式及体检结果,对该人群的血脂及主要危险因素进行统计分析。结果该血脂异常人群呈普遍化和年轻化趋势。血脂异常检出率达39.2%,检出人群平均年龄(38.82±7.75)岁。血甘油三酯异常者在血压、空腹血糖偏高和血尿酸偏高人群中有显著增多。结论该人群的血脂健康状况不容乐观。不良生活方式影响健康状况,需采取积极的措施,改变不良生活习惯,以促进身体健康。

Objective To understand the epidemiological status and analyze the risk factors of dyslipidemia among staffs in a Sichuan airline company. Methods Staffs lifestyle data was collected through questionnaire. At the same time, their physical examination results were collected. Serum lipid and major risk factors were statistically analyzed. Results Dyslipidemia in this population showed a generalization and younger trend. The prevalence of dyslipidemia was 39. 2% with mean age of （38.82±7.75） years old. Abnormal levels of blood triglycerides were significantly increased in the population with high blood pressure ,high glucose and uric acid. Conclusion The staffs health status is not optimistic. Lifestyle affects health. In order to maintain good health,they should take a good lifestyle and quit bad habits.
