尿毒清颗粒联合高通量血液透析治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的临床疗效分析

Clinical effect of niaoduqing particle combined with high-flux hemodialysis in the treatment of patients with uremic pruritus

目的探讨尿毒清颗粒联合高通量血液透析治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的临床疗效。方法 128例尿毒症伴皮肤瘙痒患者分为两组,对照组63例给予高通量血液透析治疗,观察组65例给予尿毒清颗粒和高通量血液透析治疗,疗程均为12周。观察两组临床疗效、皮肤瘙痒可视模拟评分法(VAS)评分、血钙、血磷、β2微球蛋白、甲状旁腺素和超敏C反应蛋白变化。结果治疗后观察组总有效率高于对照组,皮肤瘙痒VAS评分低于对照组,血磷、β2微球蛋白、甲状旁腺素和超敏C反应蛋白较对照组下降明显(P<0.05)。结论对于尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者,在高通量血液透析治疗的基础上加用尿毒清颗粒可以更好地改善皮肤瘙痒症状,降低血磷、β2微球蛋白、甲状旁腺素和超敏C反应蛋白。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of niaoduqing particle combined with high-flux hemodialysis in the treatment of patients with uremic pruritus. Methods One hundred and twenty-eight patients with uremic pruritus were randomly divided into control and observation group. The control group （n = 63 ） was treated with high-flux hemodialysis for 12 weeks. The observation group （n = 65 ） was treated high-flux hemodialysis combined with niaoduqing particle for 12 weeks. The total clinic efficacy, visual analog scales （ VAS）, calcium, phosphorus, beta2-microglubulin （ β2-MG）, parathyroid hormone （ PTH）, hypersensitive C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） were measured and compared between the two groups. Results The total clinic efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the score of pruritus in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈0.05）. The levels of phosphorus, β2-MG, PTH and hs-CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion Niaoduqing particle combined with high-flux hemodialysis in the treatment of patients with uremic pruritus could alleviate the intensity of uremic prurtius and reduce the levels of phosphorus, PTH, β2-MG and hs-CRP.
