更昔洛韦对病毒性角膜炎患者免疫调节与泪膜稳定性的影响研究

Effect of ganciclovir on the immunomodulation and tear film stability of patients with viral keratitis

目的探讨更昔洛韦对病毒性角膜炎患者免疫调节与泪膜稳定性的影响情况。方法选取2016年2月至2017年4月本院诊治的76例病毒性角膜炎患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(阿昔洛韦组)和观察组(更昔洛韦组)各38例。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后的免疫调节与泪膜稳定性指标。结果治疗后1周及2周,观察组的临床疗效、免疫调节指标与泪膜稳定性指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论更昔洛韦在病毒性角膜炎患者中的临床疗效更好,且对免疫调节与泪膜稳定性的影响更为积极,因此在病毒性角膜炎患者中的临床应用价值更高。

Objective To investigate the influence of ganciclovir on the immunomodulation and tear film stability of patients with viral keratitis. Methods Seventy-six patients with viral keratitis in our hospital from February 2016 to April 2017 were selected as research subjects. The patients were randomly divided into control group （acyelovir group） and observation group （ganciciovir group ）, 38 in each group. The clinical effect, immunomodulation and tear film stability indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effect,immunomodtilation and tear film stability indexes of the observation group at the first and the second week after the treatment were significantly better than those of the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Condusion The clinical effect of ganeiclovir in the treatment of the patients with viral keratitis is better. It has more active influences on the immunomodulation and tear film stability. Therefore,it has more valuable in clinical application for the patients.
