寨卡病毒新型疫苗的研究进展

Recent Advances in Novel Vaccines Development against Zika Virus

寨卡病毒(Zika virus,ZIKV)感染可造成胎儿小头症及成人格林巴利综合症,世界卫生组织已将其定为世界公众健康紧急事件。因此急需要发展新型Zika疫苗。本文简要介绍寨卡病毒生物学性状、流行病学、临床表现,并重点对寨卡病毒3种新型疫苗(DNA、病毒载体、mRNA疫苗)研究进展进行综述与应用展望。

The Zika virus （ZIKV） has been associated with microcephaly in fetuses and the Guillain-Barr6 syndrome in adults. The World Health Organization has declared it to be a worldwide healthy emergency. The development of a safe and effective ZIKV vaccine is, therefore, an urgent global health priority. We made a brief introduction about the virology, epidemiology and symptoms of ZIKV, with major emphasis on the recent advances of three novel vaccine candidates （DNA vaccine, viral-vector vaccine, mRNA vac- cine） against ZIKV. We also highlighted the development and application of a vaccine against ZIKV.
