摘要
描述了电动缸在线调宽在宁钢2号连铸机板坯连铸上改造过程中,通过理论计算和试验相结合,对在线调宽的软夹紧压力进行精确计算,并该结果在使用中得到验证;通过建立间隙策略模型很好的消除了机械间隙对窄边锥度的影响;软件上开发了模拟调宽功能,能够在非浇钢时,提前预演调宽过程,大大降低了调宽试验风险和试验成本。
This paper describes The electric actuator on-line width adjustment control system on No.2 slab caster in Ningbo Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. Based on theoretical calculation and experiment, get the precise calculation of the soft clamping pressure of on-line width adjustment control system, and proved in actual operation. The influence of mechanical clearance on narrow side taper is eliminated by establishing the gap strategy model. The software has developed a function of simulating width adjustment, which can simulate the whole process of width adjustment offline, greatly reduces the risk and cost of experiment.
