摘要
马钢特钢公司圆坯连铸机拥有3段电磁搅拌(M-EMS+S-EMS+F-EMS),为了得到最佳的工艺参数和提高其作用效果,在铸流和末端电磁搅拌作用区附近进行射钉实验,根据射钉实验的检验结果进行模拟计算电磁搅拌作用区的坯壳厚度。确定理想的目标坯壳厚度,模拟计算对应的工艺参数,设计工艺优化实验方案。通过对坯样做酸洗低倍、偏析等对比分析,得到最佳的φ380 mm断面中碳钢的工艺参数,减少中心偏析和缩孔缺陷,提高连铸圆坯内部质量。
The bloom casting machine have three sections of electromagnetic stirring (M-EMS+S-EMS+F-EMS), Mas- teel-Special Steel Company. In order to get the best parameter and improved internal quality. Shoot nail experiment near the S-EMS and F-EMS electromagnetic stirring zone. According to the test results of Shoot nail experiment, Simulation calculated the thickness of the shell on the electromagnetic stirring zone. According to the ideal target shell thickness, Simulation process parameters, Design the process optimization experimental program. The 380 mm round billet of medium carbon steel, optimum parameter can be attained and internal quality be improved, based on the contrast analysis about the macro-structure and composition segregation, to reduce the central segregation and shrinkage defects.
