摘要 针对中国石化股份有限公司济南分公司MTBE装置甲醇回收系统容器脱水颜色变化及设备腐蚀问题,通过对原料性质、操作条件、催化剂特性等因素进行分析,找到了本装置甲醇回收系统萃取水呈酸性的原因,并制定了除盐水置换、碱中和等针对性措施,通过实际操作数据讨论了措施效果,有效减少了腐蚀对装置"长满优"运行的影响。从有效性、实用性、可操作性综合考虑,提出了控制液化气原料质量、降低催化剂游离酸及脱磺、控制系统pH值、加强系统pH检测等实际操作建议。 Aiming at the container dehydration color changes and equipment corrosion problems of MTBE methanol recovery system in SINOPEC Jinan Company,this paper analyzed such factors as material properties,operating conditions and catalyst characteristics and found out the reasons for the acidification of extraction water in the methanol recovery system of the plant.It made pertinent measures including salt water removal and exchange and alkali neutralization.The paper discussed the effects of the measures through actual operation data.This decreased the impacts of corrosion on the stable and long operation of the unit effectively.Taking validity,practicability,maneuverability into comprehensive consideration,this paper put forward some practical suggestions covering the control of raw material quality of liquefied petroleum gas,reducing catalyst free acid and desulfonation,control of PH value in the system,strengthening the system PH value laboratory test and so forth.
