中国冠心病患者中血小板miRNA-223预测氯吡格雷抵抗的研究

Prediction of Clopidogrel Resistancein Chinese Patients of Coronary Heart Disease with miRNA-223

目的探讨miRNA-223与氯吡格雷反应性的关系。方法选取200例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者,利用流式细胞术和实时荧光定量技术监测血小板反应性(PRI)和miRNA-223在血小板的表达量,根据血小板反应性将患者分为血小板高反应性(HPR)和非血小板高反应性(n HPR)患者,分析miR-223表达量与血小板反应性之间的关系。结果 HPR组的平均VASP-PRI为82.8±10.1%,n HPR组则为29.7±12.1%。VASP-PRI与miR-223表达量之间有着负相关关系,且相关性较好,R^2=0.964,P<0.01。结论 miRNA-223的表达量可能对于血小板反应性预测具有一定的意义。

Objective To investigate the relationship between miRNA-223 and clopidogrel responsiveness. Methods 200 cases of patients with coronary atherosclcrotic heart disease were selected in the research, platelet reactivity （PRI） and miRNA- 223 expression were monitored using flow cytometry and fluorescence quantitative real- time technology. The patients were divided into high platelet reactivity （HPR） and non high platelet reactivity （ nHPR ） patients. We analysis the relationship between of the expression of miR-223 of the and platelet reactivity. Results The average VASP- PRI of the HPR group was 82. 8 ± 10. 1% ,while the nHPR group was 29.7 ± 12. 1%. There was a negative correlation between the expression of VASP-PRI and miR- 223, and the correlation was significant （ R^2 = 0. 964, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The expression of miRNA-223 may be of some significance for the prediction of the reactivity of platelets.
