血栓弹力图在胃癌患者术后护理监测中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究血栓弹力图(TEG)在胃癌患者术后护理中的应用。方法纳入70例于2012年3月~2016年3月期间行手术治疗的胃癌患者,根据术后应用TEG检测凝血功能与否,随机分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35),对照组术后给予常规凝血指标监测+常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予TEG态监测与对症护理,比较两组凝血指标变化、及深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的发生率。结果护理干预后,凝血指标与TEG均显示观察组凝血功能的高凝状态逆转,观察组DVT发生率为5.74%,对照组为25.71%(P<0.05)。结论 TEG应用于胃癌患者术后护理,可有效监测其凝血功能变化,对患者凝血功能恢复和并发症的预防具有重要指导意义。 Objective To study the application of Thrombelastogram (TEG)in postoperative nursing care of patients with gastric cancer. Methods A total of 70 cases in patients with gastric cancer underwent surgical treatment during the period of March 2012-2016 in March, according to the application of TEG postoperative detection of coagulation or not, were randomly divided into control group (n = 35 )and observation group (n = 35 ) , routine coagulation monitoring and control group received routine nursing care after operation, the observation group in the TEG state monitoring and control symptomatic nursing group on the basis of change, compared two groups of blood coagulation index and deep vein thrombosis (DVT)incidence rate. Results After nursing intervention, the coagulation index and TEG showed the coagulation state of the observation group reversed,the observation group DVT incidence rate was 5.74% ,compared with 25.71% in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion TEG can effectively monitor the changes of blood coagulation function in patients with gastric cancer after operation, and has important guiding significance for the recovery of blood coagulation function and prevention of complications.
