心房颤动患者射频消融术后实施综合性护理预防血栓形成的效果

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Prevention of Thrombosis after Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation in Patients with Atrial Fibrillation

目的探究心房颤动患者射频消融术后实施综合性护理预防血栓形成效果。方法选取我院2015年1月至2017年1月收治的70例心房颤动患者作为研究对象,所有患者均进行射频消融术治疗,采取随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,对照组患者(35例)术后常规护理,研究组患者(35例)术后实施综合性护理预防血栓形成,对比两组术后血栓等并发症发生率、患者住院时间、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、患者生活质量(SF-36)、护理满意度。结果研究组患者血栓等并发症率为2.86%,低于对照组17.14%(P<0.05);研究组患者干预后住院时间短于对照组,PSQI、HAMA、HAMD、SF-36各项数据评分均,显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意率高达97.14%,显著高于对照组77.14%(P<0.05)。结论心房颤动患者射频消融术后实施综合性护理预防血栓效果良好,术后并发症率较低,患者恢复快,睡眠及心理状态佳,生活质量改善,护理满意度高。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing to prevent thrombosis after atrial fibrillation. Methods Select our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017,70 cases of atrial fibrillation patients as the research object, all patients with radiofrequeney ablation therapy, take a random number table method,it can be divided into research group and control group, control group （35 cases ）in patients with postoperative routine nursing intervention, the team （35 cases）in patients with postoperative comprehensive nursing intervention in the prevention of thrombosis, compared two groups of incidence of postoperative complications such as thrombosis, patients with length of hospital stay, Pittsburgh sleep quality index（PSQI） , Hamilton anxiety scale （ HAMA ） and depression scale （ HAMD ） score, patient quality of life （ SF- 36 ） and nursing satisfaction. Results The complication rate was 2. 86% for the study group, compared with 17.14% in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The patients in the study group were hospitalized briefly in the control group, and the PSQI, HAMA, HAMD, and sf- 36 were significantly better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The nursing satisfaction rate of the group was 97.14% , significantly higher than the control group 77.14% （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion After radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation to implement the comprehensive nursing to prevent blood clots effect is good, the complication rate is low, patients recover quickly, sleep and good psychological state, quality of life improved, satisfaction is high.
