针对性护理操作对经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管后并发症的影响

Targeted Nursing Procedures for Central Venous Catheter Via Peripheral Vein in the Effect of Complications after Tube

目的在经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管中采用针对性护理操作对术后并发症的影响效果分析与探究。方法按随机分配原则将我院行中心静脉导管患者72例分成两组进行研究:分别为A组(36例)与B组(36例)。A组患者给予常规护理措施进行干预,B组患者则采用针对性护理操作进行护理,比较两组患者的手术并发症情况、护理依从性以及护理满意度情况。结果 A组患者的并发症发生率高于B组患者(44.44%>13.89%),P<0.05;B组患者的护理依从性高于A组患者(94.44%>72.22%)P<0.05;B组患者的护理满意度高于A组患者(97.22%>77.78%)P<0.05。结论在经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管中实施针对性护理操作可有效降低术后并发症发生率,提高患者的护理依从性以及护理满意度。

Objective In the central venous catheter via peripheral vein operation analysis on the effect of postoperative complications and inquiry. Methods in use targeted nursing Based on the principles of randomly assigned to our line of patients with central venous catheter study 72 patients into two groups： group A （36 cases） respectively and B group （36 cases）. A group of patients given routine nursing measures to intervene, group B patients use targeted nursing operations, compare the situation of surgical complications in two groups of patients, nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction. Results A group of patients with complication rates higher than that of group B patients （ 44.44% 〉 13.89% ） , P 〈 0. 05 ; Group B patients nursing compliance is higher than the patients in group A（94.44% 〉72. 22% ） ,P 〈0. 05 ;Group B patients satisfaction with nursing care was higher than group A（97.22% 〉 77.78% ）patients, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion In central venous catheter via peripheral vein in implement targeted nursing operation can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve patients＇ compliance and nursing satisfactio.
