摘要
越南北部地区采用泥结碎石作为路面施工的稳定层,其结构力较水泥稳定层较小,导致单钢轮压路机无法适应其工况,出现振松和不平的现象.经过试验与分析,适当降低振动频率,增加钢轮配重减少振幅,压实效果可以得到改善,使路面密实度和平整度提高,满足了客户需要,从而实现了单钢轮压路机在越南市场的适用性.
In the northern part of Vietnam, mud stabilized macadam is used as the stable layer of pavement construction, and its structural force is smaller than that of cement stabilized layer, which causes SANY single roller not to be suitable for its working conditions and the phenomena of more vibration and more loose and uneveness. After the test and analysis, we find that to reduce the vibration frequency and increase the steel wheel counterweight, then the amplitude is reduced, and the compacting effect can be improved, so that the compactness and the integrity of the pavement can be improved. This not only meets the needs of customers, but also realizes the applicability of single roller in the Vietnamese market.
