摘要
以小载荷长时间持续作用模拟涤/氨纬编针织物打卷过程,实验分析了载荷作用时间对涤/氨纬编针织物蒸汽烫缩率的影响,并实验分析了氨纶含量对涤/氨纬编针织物蒸汽烫缩率的影响.实验结果表明:随着小载荷作用时间增加,涤/氨纬编针织物的蒸汽烫缩率呈现增加趋势,为满足服装加工对烫缩率的控制,应尽可能减少涤/氨纬编针织物的打卷状态保持时间.同时,随着氨纶含量的增加,纵横向蒸汽烫缩率呈现降低趋势,基于此,可通过改变氨纶含量来控制涤/氨纬编针织物的蒸汽烫缩率.
In this investigation, the low load and long time sustained is employed to simulate the winding state, and the effect of loading time on the steam shrinkage of Polyester/Spandex weft knitted fabric, and the effect of spandex content is also considered and experimentally investigated. The experimental results show that the steam shrinkage of the weft knitted fabric increases with time of low load sustained. In order to meet the need of steam shrinkage during garment processing for Polyester/Spandex weft knitted fabric, the holding time of winding should be tried to be controlled. Meanwhile, steam shrinkage of Polyester/ Spandex weft knitted fabric decreases with Spandex content increaseing, so the steam shrinkage of Polyester/Spandex weft knitted fabric can be controlled by changing Spandex content.
