摘要
针对涤纶的吸湿性差,手感粗糙,易起静电并容易玷污的缺陷,采用吸湿排汗剂DM—3746对涤纶针织物进行了亲水性整理,并通过单因素实验和对比实验对影响其整理效果的主要因素(如焙烘温度、焙烘时间、整理剂浓度及快干剂G等)进行了探讨.最后得出其优化工艺:DM—3746的浓度为20g/L,快干剂G的浓度为10g/L,焙烘温度180℃,焙烘时间60s.整理后织物的吸湿快干性、手感、静电和玷污性明显改善,并且具有优异的耐洗性能.
Aiming at poor hygroscopicity and handle stail tendency of polyester fiber, hygroscopic finishing of polyester knitted fabric is treated with DM-3746. The influences of factors, such as curing temperature, curing time, dosage of wicking agent and Quick-drying agent G are discussed through single factor and contrast experiments. Finally it concludes that the optimal finishing process is as followings, dosage of DM-3746 is 20 g/L; dosage of Quick-drying agent is 10 g/L and curing temperature is 180 ℃ for 60 s. The treated fabric features good results in overcoming the above disadvantages, as well as excellent wash fastness.
