摘要
白血病本身或其治疗方法均可能会导致视网膜病变。本文根据临床经验及文献就白血病相关因素引起的视网膜病变做一综述:白血病视网膜病变;白血病治疗及治疗后因免疫功能下降导致的感染性视网膜炎;化疗对视网膜、视神经的毒性,放疗导致的视网膜及视神经病变以及异体骨髓移植后移植物抗宿主病在视网膜的表现等。此外,白血病患者可能因视力症状首诊于眼科,眼病也可能是白血病复发的最早表现,凡此等等。眼科医师如能更多地了解白血病的诊治知识并与血液科医师密切合作,对不同因素所致的视网膜病变做出及时、正确的诊断并施以合适的治疗,可保护患者视力及生命。
Leukemic retinopathy, secondary infectious retinitis, retinal toxicity caused by chemotherapy or radiation, and retinal manifestation of graft versus host disease following bone morrow transplant in leukemic patients were described in the article, through literatures review as well as combination with the author＇ s experiences. In addition, leukemic patient may present to the ophthalmologist first and the disease recurrence may present initially in the eye even systemic remission was observed. Therefore, ophthalmologist should know well about leukemia and all its managements during the disease course.
