摘要
针对继电-接触器系统控制的双头钻床进行PLC电气改造,论述了系统的具体工作要求,给出改造方案和程序流程图。系统选用台达可编程控制器作为核心处理器,并增加了变频器,提高了生产效率和安全保障。
In this paper, the PLC system is designed for the double head drilling machine controlled by the relay contactor system. The specific requirements of the system are discussed. Delta system adopts programmable logic controller as the core processor, adds inverter, and improves production efficiency and security.
