摘要
高技能、国际化培养规格体现了中高职衔接技术技能人才培养质量,拔尖人才培养提升了中高职衔接办学声誉。政府职能部门、中高职校、行业企业、国际著名培训机构等多元协同,通过"课证融通"实施高职学历证书、高技能证书双证齐全方能毕业的"双高证书"制度,推进设考专业获取国际通用职业技能证书等落实了培养技术技能人才对高技能、国际化的规格要求;多元协同激励与指导学生参加省、全国技能大赛、创新创业比赛、知识竞赛获大奖培养一批省市级、国家级学生技能标兵、创新创业明星、杰出毕业生,实现高职拔尖人才培养目标;师生合作互动备赛、备考,促进了教学相长,实现了"名师易出高徒、高徒促就名师"的良性循环。
High-skilled and international training standards demonstrate the training quality of technical talents whose education are associated between secondary vocational school and higher vocational institute. Talent cultivation promotes the reputation of secondary-higher-vocational-associated-education. Under the joint cooperation of relevant government departments, secondary and higher vocational schools, concerned industries and internationally renowned training institutions, and through the system of "graduation with double certificates" in which students can graduate only after they have got two certificates — schooling certificate and international vocational skills certificate, the aim of training high-skilled and international talents can be ensured. With joint efforts, students are encouraged and trained to take part in the provincial and national skills competition, innovation and entrepreneurship competition and knowledge contest; students are developed to be provincial and municipal students' models, innovation stars and outstanding graduates. These can realize the aim of training high-skilled and international talents. Teachers and students prepare cooperatively the competitions and tests beneficial to both teaching and learning.
