高职院校依法治理原则探析

作为具有公共管理职能的社会组织,高职院校的发展要打破惯性工作思维,在依法治校的原则下,实现政府和学校之间、学校与社会之间以及学校内部的依法治理,使学校真正成为独立办学主体,坚持合法性原则、合理性原则、程序正当原则、高效便民原则和权责统一原则,实现自我发展和自我监督,从而构建政府、学校、社会之间的新型关系。

As a social organization with public administrative functions,a vocational college should break conventional thoughts.The writer urges the rule of the school governance of vocational law,and realizes governance by law between government and university.Besides,universities and societies shall persist in the principle of legitimacy and rationality,due process,efficiency and convenience,unification of power and responsibility,and self-development and self-supervision,and build a new relationship among government,university and society.
