Increasing Farmers' Income in Hebei Province in Era of Building Well-off Society

促进我国农民增收是党和国家在全面建成小康社会阶段面临的最重要和最艰巨的任务,也是解决我国"三农"问题的重中之重。河北省作为一个农业大省,更是一个农民大省,因而对农民收入增长的调查与研究,无疑具有重要的现实意义。从目前的现状来看,河北省农村农民收入总量逐步增加但增速缓慢,可通过调整优化农业产业结构、促进农民非农就业增长、加快涉农体制制度创新步伐等,切实促进农民增收,从而确保全面建成小康社会战略目标的顺利实现。

To promote China＇ s farmers＇ income and to build a well-off society is the most important and arduous task of the party and the government. It is also the top issue of ＂three rural issues＂. As a big agricultural province, Hebei is a big province of farmers. Therefore, the investigation and research on the increase of farmers＇ income is of great practical significance. Judging from the current situation, the total income of rural farmers in Hebei province gradually increased, but the growth is slow. This problem can be optimized by adjusting the industrial structure of agriculture, promoting farmers＇ non-agricultural employment growth and accelerating the pace of agricultural system innova- tion, so as to increase the farmers＇ income as well as to ensure the smooth realization of the overall construction of a well-off society strategic goal.
