视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病合并肾脏损害二例分析 被引量:2

摘要 视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病(neuromyelitisopiticaspectrumdisorder,NMOSD)是一种由B淋巴细胞介导、补体参与的中枢神经系统免疫相关性脱髓鞘疾病。以水通道蛋白4(aquapofin4,AQP4)-IgG抗体阳性为特征。NMOSD的主要临床表现为视神经、脊髓及延髓最后区受累。
