摘要
采用大小球连通容器,进行了甲烷浓度为10%,不同压力下,连通容器大球点火,无/有抑爆材料时连通容器内预混气体爆炸实验。实验结果表明:无抑爆材料时,小球容器先于大球容器到达压力峰值,且小球容器的压力峰值远大于大球容器的压力峰值,大、小球容器内的气体均发生爆炸;有抑爆材料时,大球压力快速上升,小球压力则紧随其后缓慢上升,然后缓缓平滑下降,只有大球容器内的气体发生爆炸,小球容器内的气体未发生爆炸,证明抑爆材料能起到有效的隔爆作用;随着初始压力的上升,大、小球压力峰值随着上升。
Explosion experiments of premixed gas in connected container without or with explosion suppression material are carried out, by igniting the large ball of the connected container, using a big-small ball connected container, under different pressure, with the methane concentration of 10%. The experi mental results show that, without the explosion suppression material, the small ball container reaches the peak value of the pressure before the big ball container, and the peak value of the small ball container is much larger than that of the big ball container. The gas in big and small ball container all explode. With explosion suppression material, the pressure of the big ball rises rapidly, the pressure of the small ball is followed by a slow rise, and then slowly and smoothly decreases; only gas in the big ball container explode, and the gas in the small ball container do not explode. It is proved that the explosion suppression material can play an effective role in explosion suppression. With the increase of initial pressure, the pressure peak value both of the big and small ball container increases.
