本文对煤层气(煤矿瓦斯)抽采利用补贴政策进行了研究,重点介绍了补贴政策对抽采利用的促进作用,对煤矿瓦斯抽采利用经济政策激励力度衰减的原因进行了分析,坚持问题导向和分类分级原则,对煤矿瓦斯抽采环节进行额外补贴提出有关政策建议。

The paper studies the subsidy policy facilitation of the subsidy policy to the drainage for CBM/CMM drainage and utilization, introduces the and utilization, and analyzes the cause of declination of incentive strength of the economic policies.
