甲醇水分离塔压差超标处理总结

摘要 本文通过对低温甲醇洗甲醇水分离塔塔压差超标进行了分析,通过调整工艺操作,技改流程,塔压差有所下降,经过停车入塔检查,最终查找出因地下槽回收至水分离塔甲醇溶液脏,与此同时为了节约尾气洗涤塔脱盐水洗涤用量,循环利用部分塔釜废水从而加重了水分离塔釜溶液的浓缩而导致筛孔堵塞而引起塔压差超标。通过清理地下槽,置换塔釜废水,加强塔釜排污等措施使得水分离塔安稳运行。 In this paper, pressure difference exceeding of methanol water separation tower was analyzed. By adjusting operation and retrofitting process, the pressure difference of column was decreased. Through shutting down and inspecting the tower, the causes of difference exceeding are found. Methanol recycled from underground tank is dirty. To save desalted water in tail gas scrubber, reusing waste water in tower kettle aggravates the concentration of solution and causes sieves block. By cleaning underground tank, replacing tower kettle waste water, and strengthening tower kettle waste discharge, the operation of methanol water separation tower is stable.
