实验用小型猪主要外周动脉造影及腔内实验方法

The analysis of methods and results for endovascular experiment of laborotary minipig

摘要 目的探讨实验用小型猪主要外周动脉造影及腔内实验方法。方法对8头中国农业大学实验用小型猪麻醉后,右侧股动脉穿刺,外周动脉造影并测量血管径线,并在双侧髂动脉植入支架后,观察血化验指标变化,总结实验方法。结果8头小型猪均成功穿刺造影并植入支架,没有动物死亡及穿刺点并发症,其动脉结构与人体相近似,除双侧无名动脉外,主动脉沿途各一级、二级分支,其左右侧直径分别为:颈动脉:(3.66±0.44)、(3.91±0.41) mm;无名动脉:(6.57±2.10)、(7.19±1.47) mm;锁骨下动脉:(4.46±0.82)、(4.62±0.95) mm;肾动脉:(4.65±0.65)、(4.29±0.39) mm;股总动脉:(3.15±0.46)、(3.38±0.54) mm。但与健康成年人的动脉直径比较仍相对较小,实验操作前后的化验指标比较差异无统计学意义:谷丙转氨酶[(48.26±22.27)、(51.01±27.84) U/L,P=0.231],肌酐[(108.78±20.71)、(110.06±22.89) mmol/L,P=0.400],镁离子[(0.85±0.08)、(0.84±0.10) mmol/L,P=0.540]。结论小型猪腔内操作方法安全高效,动脉造影及化验数据可对临床前期研究及血管耗材的实验研究设计提供参考及指导。 Objective Research and discuss the peripheral angiography and endovascular experi- ment method of laborotary minipig. Methods We punctured the right femoral artery after anesthesia of eight Chinese agriculture university laborotary minipig, then performed peripheral artery angiography and measured vessel diameters, and after bilateral iliac artery stenting, the changes of blood test indicators would be observed, and experiment methods would be summarized. Results Eight minipigs were punc- tured, angiography and implanted stents successfully, no animal deaths and the puncture point complications. The arterial structures are similar with human body, except for the bilateral innominate artery, the primary and secondary branches along the aorta keep the similar diameter from left to right side : carotid ar- tery: (3.66 ±0. 44), (3.91 ±0. 41 ) mm, innominate artery: (6. 57 ±2. 10), (7. 19 ± 1.47) mm; sub- clavian artery : (4.46± 0. 82), (4. 62 ± 0. 95 ) mm ; renal artery : (4. 65 ± 0. 65 ), (4. 29 ± 0. 39 )mm ; common femoral artery: (3.15 ±0. 46), (3.38 ±0. 54) mm. But it still small compared with the artery diameter of healthy adults. There' re no significant blood test indicators changes before and after the experimental procedure: alanine aminotransferase [ (48.26 ± 22.27), (51.01 ± 27.84) U/L, P = 0. 231 ], creatinine [ ( 108.78 ±20. 71 ), ( 110. 06 ±22. 89) mmol/L, P =0. 400], magnesium [ (0. 85 ±0.08), (0. 84 ±0. 10) mmol/L, P =0. 540]. Conclusion The endovascular experimental method of minipig is safe and effective in our study. The angiography and blood test data provide reference and guidance for experiment design of Dreclinical and vascular consumables study.
