摘要
白细胞介素(IL)-37是新近发现的IL-1家族成员。不同于其他IL-1家族成员,IL-37具有下调机体全身及局部炎性反应、调控机体免疫稳态等功能;IL-37的免疫抑制效应参与多种临床疾病过程,包括自身免疫性疾病、肿瘤及感染性疾病等,然而其确切抗炎作用机制仍未阐明。本文重点对IL-37的免疫功能的分子作用机制及其对免疫细胞功能的影响进行综述。
Interleukin -37 (IL -37) is a new member of the IL - 1 family formerly referred to as IL - 1F7. Different from other IL - 1 family eytokine, IL - 37 can down - regulate both systemic and local inflammation, and mod- ulate the host immune response. The immunosuppressive property of IL - 37 has been demonstrated in many diseases, including the auto- immune disease,the cancer, and infectious diseases. Nevertheless, the precise mechanism underlying anti - inflammatory response of IL - 37 remains to be further elucidated. In this article, we briefly review the dis- eovery of IL - 37 especially its potential mechanism with regard to immune suppression secondary to various immune cells.
