乡村旅游地农户旅游创业诉求与扶持政策——基于大余县周屋村的调查

Demands and Supporting Policies of Rural Tourism Enterprises in Rural Tourism Destinations——Based on the Investigation of Zhouwu Village in Dayu County

农户是当前我国乡村旅游地不可或缺的旅游创业主体。本文以乡村旅游地大余县周屋村为例,通过深度访谈及问卷调查,基于主位的视角微观审视了农户旅游创业的诉求愿望,研究表明:乡村旅游地农户对旅游创业心理评估的实质是创业动力因素牵引和阻力因素外推的心理博弈,评估过后的农户认知到自身存在创业启动资金不足、社会关系网络的强度和规模有限以及知识储备和体系的缺失等硬性问题,同样也受困于融资政策严苛、社会关系网薄弱导致信息盲区、政府创业培训数量与质量缺失等不佳的旅游创业外部环境,由此农户对创业资金、社会关系网络和创业培训三方面产生了强烈的诉求。因此,政府部门针对农户旅游创业的诉求重点应给予充分的融资支持、信息支持和智力支持,同时对扶持政策的实施方式方法进行一定的创新。

In this paper, Zhou Village Rural Tourism week Dayu County as an example, through depth interviews and questionnaire survey, studies show that the thematic perspective examines the micro farmers tourism entrepreneurial desire, based on rural tourism farmers essence of tourism entrepreneurship psychological assessment is entrepreneurial motivation factors hold psychological game lead and extrapolation the resistance factor, farmers after the existence of their own cognitive assessment to start-up funding shortage, social network strength and the limited scope and lack of knowledge and a system of hard problems, also trapped in a harsh and financing policy of social network information leads to blind, weak government entrepreneurship training quantity and quality of the lack of poor tourism entrepreneurship external environment, the farmers produce strong demand for venture capital, social networks and entrepreneurship training in three aspects. Therefore, the government departments should give sufficient financial support, information support and intellectual support for the demands of farmers＇ Tourism entrepreneurship. At the same time, we should make some innovations in the implementation methods and methods of support policies.
