为实现为克拉玛依市广大人民群众提供更加优质服务的目标,克拉玛依市中心医院和新疆医科大学第一附属医院,借助远程医学平台构建医疗联合体合作模式。以远程共建科室模式进行医院集团管理的合作,新疆医科大学第一附属医院专家担任克拉玛依市中心医院"名誉科主任"指导医疗工作,实现两家医院的资源共享,通过远程方式进行"面对面"的教学查房、疑难病例讨论、手术指导、手术示教等业务开展。这是国家医改进程中与区域内各级医疗机构合作共赢的模式探索,旨在形成相对统一的利益共同体,实现合作共赢。
