移动医疗设备对内科住院患者的心理护理干预管理的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Mobile Medical Equipment on the Management of Psychological Nursing Intervention of Patients in Internal Inpatients

目的:探索移动医疗设备对心理护理干预管理的影响和在内科护理的应用效果。方法:选择某医院2016年1-12月400例内科住院患者,实验通过对内科住院患者问卷调查和实际心理护理干预,随机分为观察组与对照组,分别比较两组患者的一般情况及满意度。结果:两组患者在应用移动医疗设备治疗前后的SAS、SDS和HAMA评分差异明显(P<0.05),治疗后的患者焦虑得到了明显改善。观察组患者的满意率比对照组满意率提高10.2%。说明移动医疗设备应用于心理护理干预管理效果良好,促进患者早日康复。结论:移动医疗设备在护理中的应用是一种全新的护理模式,新的护理模式要求给患者进行心理、社会、生物的整体护理。利用移动医疗设备加强对住院患者心理护理干预管理,不仅能提高护理质量,还能促进患者康复,建设和谐医患关系。

Objective： To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention management in internal medicine nursing. Methods： A hospital in 2016 in 400 cases of hospitalized patients, the test by questionnaire and actual patients psychological nursing intervention in internal medicine, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, two groups were compared to the general situation and satisfaction. Results： The SAS, SDS and HAMA scores of the two groups were significantly different before and after treatment（P〈0.05）. Patients in the observation group were significantly 10.2% higher than those in the control group. That psychological nursing is helpful to mobilize the initiative of patients, so that patients in the best care, pay attention to psychological nursing to promote the speedy recovery of the disease. Conclusion： The new nursing model requires the patient to carry out psychological, social, biological, holistic care. To strengthen the management of psychological nursing intervention for patients in hospital, not only can improve the quality of care, but also promote the rehabilitation of patients, building a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
